Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all commissions and songs created by me. By requesting a commission, you automatically agree to these conditions.
Commission Process
- The client contacts me with a clear idea of the request.
- The project’s viability is reviewed.
- Payment is made through Ko-fi.
- Work begins once payment is confirmed.
- The final product is delivered within the agreed timeframe (may be extended if necessary).
Payments
- All payments are made upfront.
- Payments are handled through Ko-fi.
- No work begins without confirmed payment.
Client Responsibility
- The client must provide clear information and necessary references before work begins.
- Delays in client responses may affect delivery time.
- If the client does not respond for 14 days, the commission may be considered paused. If 30 days pass without response, it will be considered abandoned without refund.
Revisions
- Revisions included depend on the selected plan.
- Additional revisions may require an extra fee.
- Major changes after approving a sketch or demo are not included.
Usage & Credit
- The client may use the work as agreed.
- Visible credit is always required (optional if full rights were purchased).
- Reselling or claiming authorship of the work is not permitted unless full rights were purchased.
- As the creator, I retain full freedom to distribute the work on music platforms unless full rights were purchased.
- The work may be displayed in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- The client is responsible for any legal issues related to the use of the work.
- If full rights are purchased, the client is responsible for properly registering the work on platforms.
Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds once work has started.
- If the client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be discussed.
- If I am unable to complete the work, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery & Files
- Final files are delivered once the client approves the final work.
- High-quality final files are delivered only after full payment.
- Delivery is provided in an organized .zip file.
- File backup is not guaranteed after 30 days.
- Editable files (.flp, project files, raw MIDI) are not included unless previously agreed.
- Usage rights are delivered along with the final files according to the selected plan.
- Modifications requested after final delivery may require a new quote.
Full Rights Transfer (Buyout)
- If full rights are purchased, the client obtains complete control over the exploitation, modification, and distribution of the work.
- The client may use the work without crediting the original creator.
- The original author may not resell or commercially reuse the work.
- This transfer does not include moral rights unless a separate legal agreement is made.
Important Notes
Client Response Time
If the client does not respond within 14 days during the process, the commission may be paused. If 30 days pass without response, it will be considered abandoned without refund.
Request Rejection
I reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with my values or that I am unable to fulfill for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, illegal, offensive, or hateful content.
Deadline Extensions
Delivery time may vary due to workload, emergencies, or unforeseen complications. If an extension is needed, the client will be informed as soon as possible.
Copyright & Distribution
As the creator, I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed. I may also distribute the work on music platforms if full rights were not purchased. The client is responsible for properly registering the work if full rights are acquired.
Revisions & Changes
Included revisions are intended for minor and medium adjustments. Major changes after approving a sketch or demo are not included and may require a new quote.
Confidentiality
I will not share details of your project with third parties without your consent, unless necessary to complete the commission (for example, hiring additional musicians).
